Max Eichenblatt is an associate attorney at BFW. Max began his career with a prominent trial firm in Central Florida, representing clients in a variety of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. He has experience litigating products liability, medical malpractice, nursing home, trucking, premises liability, motor vehicle accident, and maritime cases.

Max graduated with honors from the University of Florida and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, he was Vice President of the Florida Moot Court Team and won Best Brief award in the Appellate Lawyers Association Competition in Chicago. Max also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Gator TeamChild Juvenile Law Clinic where he advocated for children placed in the state dependency system.

Max is admitted to practice in Florida and the District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Northern District of Florida.
