Mariana Muci is an associate attorney at BFW, where she represents clients across a wide range of complex commercial, employment, construction, and personal injury disputes. She has appeared before state and federal courts throughout Florida and has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation. Mariana has secured favorable outcomes for clients at every stage of litigation, including a seven-figure jury verdict with punitive damages in a contested commercial fraud case.
From her time as a professional tennis player and through her background in finance, Mariana draws on her diverse professional experience to provide clients comprehensive and creative solutions to their problems.
Mariana graduated magna cum laude and in the top 5% of her class at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she earned both her J.D. and MBA in Finance. She was also a member of the NSU Moot Court Society and Trial Association, and interned for the Honorable Judge Marcia G. Cooke in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mariana is admitted to practice in Florida and before the District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
