Michael Fisher is an associate attorney at BFW. Prior to moving to South Florida, Michael worked at two prominent law firms in New York City, representing companies and individuals in complex business and commercial disputes across the country. Michael has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state trials.

Michael also has experience as a judicial law clerk, having first clerked for the Honorable Jane J. Boyle of the Northern District of Texas. Immediately prior to joining BFW, he clerked for the Honorable Robert N. Scola of the Southern District of Florida, where he assisted with a wide range of civil matters, including personal injury suits, complex business disputes, and False Claims Act qui tam actions.

Michael graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and cum laude from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, he was an executive editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy and a student attorney at the Duke First Amendment Clinic, where he represented low-income individuals in First Amendment disputes.
